Due to the perishable nature of floral products, Artisticupresent has specific policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order.
General Return Policy
Fresh floral arrangements and bouquets are perishable items and cannot be returned in the traditional sense. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Quality Guarantee
If you receive flowers that do not meet our quality standards or are damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will:
- Investigate the issue promptly
- Offer a replacement arrangement at no additional cost
- Provide a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances
- Work with you to find a satisfactory solution
When Returns Are Not Applicable
Returns are not accepted for:
- Flowers that have been out of water for extended periods
- Arrangements that have been significantly altered or damaged by the customer
- Products that have exceeded their natural lifespan
- Custom orders that were created according to specific customer specifications
- Subscription services after the delivery has been made
Subscription Services
For weekly or monthly subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time with at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled delivery
- Refunds for unused subscription periods will be prorated
- No refunds will be issued for deliveries that have already been made
- Changes to subscription preferences must be made at least 48 hours before the next delivery
Event and Wedding Orders
For large event orders and wedding arrangements:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable
- Changes to orders can be made up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been processed
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
How to Report an Issue
To report a problem with your order:

- If possible, include photos of the product in question
- Our customer service team will review your case and respond within 24-48 hours
Delivery Issues
If your order was not delivered or was delivered to the wrong address:

- We will arrange for a replacement delivery at no additional cost
- If delivery is not possible, a full refund will be issued
- Please ensure delivery information is accurate when placing orders
